If you are interested in quite a lot of places in the coastal towns and villages you will definitely need to check that there is a parking space with the letting agent of any property you are interested in. Personally, I usually base myself in either Falmouth or St Ives which are centrally located for many of the small coastal south coast towns. A good place to base yourself would be St Agnes as it is, geographically speaking, sort of in the middle but on the coast and nice and quiet but with good local amenities.
