We heard excellent things about it on Facebook and made it a point to stop for lunch on our way down to Siesta Key. swordfish grill.

We were unable to eat outside because of the rain but will definitely reserve a table outside next time.

Grilling it is one of the best ways to bring those meaty qualities to the fore. We also cannot forget it was Mullet that made the oldest active fishing village in Florida so famous.The Flippin’ Mullet boasts 14 HD Televisions as well as 10 beers on tap, including our very own Bale Runner Brown Ale brewed exclusively for us by local Darwin Brewing Co.Just as a mullet flips out of the water in great fashion, so do the locals while cheering on their favorite teams after a hard days work.

Grill the swordfish on a preheated gas grill set to medium-high (about 400° on a thermometer — you should be able to hold your hand 2 inches above the grill grate for about 5 seconds). We started in Cortez :-)We were there the month of April and went there in the evening for the dancing and dinner...don't really know what the special is, but you could call.
