That said my build is as follows: CAPTAIN SKILLS I do ok with Shchors and I think Captain Skill builds should be viewed in the context of play style and upgrades. DE is great for a third, and IFHE is good as well. For a build that would work pretty good for the Shchors to Dmitri Donskoi would be; Concealment Expert for sure. Demolition Expert (DE) is fine if you dont need something else.Tier 4 I would agree for the Shchors starting with IFHE is the way to go and then getting Concealment Expert (CE) next, after that it depends on what you want.
