All applicants must visit an Enrollment Center to complete the enrollment process. You will need to bring documents to prove your identity and that you live in New York City.You should receive your IDNYC card in the mail approximately 14 business days after you visit an Enrollment Center.Cards issued to those ages 10 to 13 are valid for two years, and cards issued to those ages 14 and older are valid for five years.When IDNYC Card Applications are accepted, you can fill out an application online or in-person at an IDNYC enrollment center. If you applied at a temporary location and were instructed to pick up your IDNYC card because it will not include an address, the IDNYC staff members should have told you from which permanent location to pick it up.
