There is no consistency in leadership who come up with ludicrous ways to push KPI fulfilment. For consultants with no prior recruitment experience, it can be quite an uphill task leveraging on what little support the firm can offer in terms of candidate database and existing client base.

During covid true colours came out where the reaction to the lockdown and cost cutting resulted in slashed paid hours and doubled the expected KPIs, and made sure not to put anything in writing so that they couldn't be held accountable for it.
