When the required airline training program has been successfully completed, you will be assigned a base location.
Just sad. You need to know your stuff/ your rights because there is NO ONE to support you or answer any questions.
in Houston? In the 9 months I worked here I saw 5+ different countries! Bases all closed except LAX....so don't expect anywhere else. Even the union has been telling people to find other jobs. QX is a wholly owned airline and therefor gets carried along in most of it's ZED (ID90) agreements with it's parent company (AS) when those agreements are negotiated (then or now). I applied online. This is the city Compass Airlines has hired you to work from; therefore, you have to report to work at the designated city and airport.

Legit the best crews of any airline. Compass Airlines was a a tight-knit group of individuals who had a lot of experience in the aviation industry. The process is like any other FA interview process - intense, nerve-racking. Showing up on time is 80% of the job. They dont look at you like a real person. In the final days of the company's existence, we were left in the dark of what direction the company was taking. as opposed to MSP
You will never see any management, which sounds great, but its not. No communication from leadership about the failing airline.
