We are a combination fire department and have 96 full-time firefighters, 25 part-time firefighters and 40 volunteer firefighters on staff.  Our goal is to maintain an elite staff of volunteer and career professionals to provide exemplary service to the citizens of our community.It goes much deeper than just firefighters; it requires fire officers, administrative staff, human resources staff, emergency vehicle technicians, facilities personnel, technology personnel and a host of strategic partners to ensure our continued success.  It’s capped off by an aggressive communications program to keep everyone informed of how the Spring Fire Department is impacting the community we serve.
