Think I'd look elsewhere if the router had failed outside of the warranty period - BUT to be fair the price-point is pretty good for what you get.
The E3200 router "crapped out" (a technical term) in less than 1 year, but after a few phone calls to various folks in Cisco Customer Service I received an RMA and subsequently a (refurbished) replacement (with a non-functioning power supply...but they eventually replaced that too).

802.11b: Max. Pros: The unit was very easy to setup, had decent range and provided all the functionality I needed.

The main reasons I selected this router was for the dual band and the USB support.

Since I will be moving a newer and bigger home in next the month, I've been upgrading my home network to accommodate the bigger space and the extra devices (Android Phone, DiSH box, Blu-Ray Player, a 'Guest' PC and may be shortly a Kindle Fire).
DO NOT BUY Cisco or Linksys WiFi routers if you have COMCAST internet service.
This router claims "optimal range".

The interface is generally well-laid out, but the main reason I bought this router was to connect a network printer and network storage/FTP site.
Tried to fix the problem following the instructions floating around on the net short of replacing the firmware with the third party firmware.

I've set up dozens of different routers and this I would rate in bottom 1/3 of the group. There is a well-known problem with these routers on Comcast with serious speed degradation on even your hardwired devices that do not use WiFi.
