We had been upgraded which I was super chuffed with. Café Sierra offers Chinese and California cuisine in addition to a seafood buffet Friday - Sunday. The hotel provides a sophisticated experience combined with a superior level of service.

It’s a great COVID-19 getaway.
Couples in particular like the location – they rated it 9.4 for a two-person trip. Until the adjacent Universal Studios is re-opened this will be a quiet hotel...this was quite surreal as occupancy must have been around 5 % of normal capacity. Own or manage this property?
